BURLESON & ULRICH, SMILIE & SMITH RE-ELECTED TO AMA BOARD OF DIRECTORS
PICKERINGTON, Ohio -- The American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) has
announced that Jon-Erik Burleson of KTM Sportmotorcycle USA and John
Ulrich of Roadracing World Publishing have been re-elected to serve as
corporate members of the AMA Board of Directors.

HARLEY-DAVIDSON UPDATES GUIDANCE AS RESULT OF STRIKE
Milwaukee, Wis., February 27, 2007.  Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE:HOG) announced today that it is updating guidance for motorcycle shipments for the first quarter of 2007 and financial guidance for the full year.  Guidance is being revised to reflect the impact of a three week strike that concluded Thursday, February 22, 2007, at the Company’s manufacturing facility in York, Pa.  Full production at the Pennsylvania and Wisconsin plants is expected to resume over the next week.  In all, the strike will result in a loss of approximately one month’s production.

Bilansky Set to Defend ASRA Pro Thunderbike Title at Daytona
EAST TROY, Wis. (Feb. 26, 2007) – Buell racer Dan Bilansky opens the 2007 American Sportbike Racing Association (ASRA) season at Daytona International Speedway the weekend of March 2-4, 2007, looking to keep his Buell Firebolt XB12R in one piece and get a jump on repeating his 2006 ASRA Pro Thunderbike Championship.

HARLEY-DAVIDSON 2007 DAYTONA RIDE-IN SHOW SET FOR MARCH 7

HARLEY-DAVIDSON AND UNION REACH TENTATIVE AGREEMENT
York, Pa., February 16, 2007 – Harley-Davidson reported today that it has reached a tentative labor agreement with representatives of International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) Local 175 in York. The agreement is subject to membership ratification and a vote is expected to occur the week of Feb. 19. If approved, the agreement would end a strike by Harley-Davidson’s 2,800 unionized employees in York that began February 2.

Trial Date Set for Billy Lane Civil Suit
February 8, 2007 - Titusville, FL - On Wednesday in the Titusville Historic Courthouse, Judge John D. Moxley, Jr. scheduled an August 20th, 2007 trial date for custom bike builder Billy Lane to face the civil suit that the
family of Gerald Morelock has filed against him and the Daimler Chrysler Corporation.

Victory for Off-Road Riders in California
On Friday, February 2, 2007, the off-highway vehicle (OHV) community won a victory over improper efforts to curb off-road recreation in California. The judge stated the California Off-Highway Motorized Vehicle Recreation (OHMVR) Commission may not implement its "Desert Riparian Policy" unless and until it develops formal rules defining the policy's terms and scope. As currently drafted, the Policy would prohibit use of OHMVR grant funds for projects that allow OHV use in desert riparian areas. The Commission's policy states that "Desert Riparian Areas" are any bed, bank or channel. If strictly interpreted this policy could have crippled funding in many areas where California families recreate on OHV's.

HARLEY-DAVIDSON AND UNION TO MEET
York, Pa. (February 5, 2007) - Harley-Davidson Motor Company today reported 
that company and union representatives will meet February 6 with a federal 
mediator. Union employees at the Company’s final assembly facilities in 
York, represented by International Association of Machinists (IAM) Local 
Lodge 175, went on strike February 2.

Trik Daddy's Bankruptcy Case Rolls On
February 2, 2007 - The bankruptcy filing by Trik Daddy's Custom Cycles, Inc. continues its slow roll through the judicial process. According to the case manager at the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the
case (No. 8:06-bk-03490-cpm) has not yet been discharged.

Jesse James Fined For Emissions Violations
February 2, 2007 - Custom bike builder Jesse James, of Monster Garage television fame, has been fined $271,000 by the California Air Resources Board  for selling motorcycles that did not meet the state's emission standards.

HARLEY-DAVIDSON DISAPPOINTED WITH UNION VOTE
February 1, 2007 - York, PA -- Harley-Davidson Motor Company expressed disappointment at the union vote yesterday that rejected a proposed new collective bargaining agreement for employees and authorized a strike at its final assembly operations in York, Pa. A strike at the facility is expected to occur as early as 12:01 a.m. February 2, when the current contract expires.
