NEW ILLUMINATED LED WINDSHIELD MOLDING KIT
MILWAUKEE (Sept. 28, 2007) – The new Illuminated LED Windshield Molding Kit (P/N 57335-08, $189.95) from Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Accessories features four bands of amber LED lamps that glow as running lamps behind smoked lenses when the ignition is on. The two outer LED clusters also function as auxiliary directional indicators when the turn signals are activated. All wiring is concealed inside the fairing for a clean, custom appearance. COOLBETH AND MEES READY TO MAKE FINAL BATTLE AS AMA FLAT TRACK SEASON NEARS END

MILWAUKEE (Sept. 25, 2007) – Screamin' Eagle Harley-Davidson rider Kenny Coolbeth has earned six victories this AMA Flat Track Twins Ford Quality Checked Championship season. His Wrecking Crew teammate Jared Mees has earned three wins this season.

With two races remaining this season, the two Wrecking Crew riders are the championship contenders. Coolbeth – the defending AMA Twins series champion – has a 19-point lead going into this Saturday's AMA Twins event at USA Race Park in Tucson, Ariz.

It might scare the rest of the competition, but Coolbeth said he's more excited about the last two events of this season than he has ever been.

HINES RIDES SCREAMIN' EAGLE HARLEY-DAVIDSON V-ROD INTO TEXAS FINAL ROUND

ENNIS, Texas (Sept. 24, 2007) – Andrew Hines earned his 21st career final round appearance and a spot in the NHRA POWERade Countdown to the Championship Sunday at the Texas Motorplex.

The 24-year-old three-time NHRA Pro Stock Motorcycle champion clinched a position in the final round of the Countdown points system. The top four riders in the category will have two events, the Oct. 28 ACDelco Las Vegas NHRA Nationals in Las Vegas and the Nov. 4 Auto Club of Southern California NHRA Finals in Pomona, Calif., to compete for the 2007 championship.

Sunday, however, Hines was battling for another victory. Hines came up just short of adding to the four victories he has already posted this season.

COOLBETH WINS ANOTHER AMA FLAT TRACK TWINS EVENT – MAKES IT SIX FOR THE SEASON

MONTICELLO, N.Y. (Sept. 17, 2007) – Kenny Coolbeth earned his sixth victory of the season Saturday, increasing his points lead in the AMA Flat Track Twins Ford Quality Checked Championship season.

 Coolbeth earned the top position on the podium at Monticello Raceway, giving him a 19-point lead with two races remaining this season. The defending AMA Flat Track series champion said the track surface didn't make anyone's job easy.

HINES EARNS THIRD CONSECUTIVE WIN AT MEMPHIS MOTORSPORTS PARK; FOURTH VICTORY OF THE SEASON

MEMPHIS (Sept. 17, 2007) – Andrew Hines won his third consecutive race at Memphis Motorsports Park Sunday, earning his fourth win of the season and his 12th win overall.

 When Hines won the Pro Stock Motorcycle title at the O'Reilly Mid-South NHRA Nationals in 2006, it was the first time he had earned a second win at the same facility. He thought that was cool – until he won his third race there, of course.

SCREAMIN' EAGLE VANCE & HINES MOTORSPORTS TEAM AIMS FOR THIRD CONSECUTIVE WIN IN MEMPHIS

MILWAUKEE (Sept. 11, 2007) - Andrew Hines and the Screamin' Eagle/Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson V-Rod team have learned to love Memphis Motorsports Park.

Hines is the two-time defending champion at the O'Reilly Mid-South NHRA Nationals and is aiming to make it three in a row when qualifying for the 13th of 16 Pro Stock Motorcycle events kicks off on Friday.

Of course, he knows that won't come easy. But still, he also knows if anyone has a chance of winning this weekend's race in Memphis, the Screamin' Eagle team has as good a shot as any other team in the pits.

ESTOK LOCKS UP THUNDERBIKE TITLE ON BUELL AT SUMMIT POINT
SUMMIT POINT, W.V. (Sept. 9, 2007) – Deeley H-D/Buell Canada/Ruthless Racing rider Dave Estok secured the 2007 American Sportbike Racing Association (ASRA) Pro Thunderbike Championship with a win aboard a Buell XB12R at the Summers End Cyclefest at Summit Point Motorsports Park. It was Estok’s fifth Thunderbike National win of the 2007 season. His only rival for the title, Hal’s H-D/Buell/Hal’s Speed Shop rider Dan Bilansky, finished fourth on a Buell at Summit Point, leaving Estok with an insurmountable 50-point lead with one race left on the schedule.

Traffic deaths in the United States dropped to a record low last year, according to figures released by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
    In 2006, 42,642 people were killed in traffic accidents, a drop of 868, or roughly 2 percent, from 2005. That amounts to 1.42 people per 100 million vehicle miles traveled, the lowest rate ever recorded, according to the DOT. Those figures include 30,251 fatalities in passenger vehicles - a category that includes cars, trucks, SUVs, vans and pickups - which is the lowest annual total since 1993, according to the DOT.

Best Year Yet at Thunder Road, The Custom Capital Of Sturgis
Sturgis, SD—September 4, 2007 – Thunder Road, the custom capital of Sturgis, lived up to its name for the fifth year in a row. The turnout was incredible and the bike shows had more crazy customs than ever before. Official overall traffic numbers for Sturgis were up this year and vendors at Thunder Road saw an increase in sales.

WRECKING CREW RIDERS TAKE TWO SPOTS ON COVETED SPRINGFIELD MILE PODIUM

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (Sept. 3, 2007) -Screamin' Eagle Harley-Davidson factory rider Kenny Coolbeth didn't win the AMA Flat Track race this weekend. But the defending AMA champion did the next best thing.

Not only did Coolbeth finish in second place at the historic Springfield Mile at the Illinois State Fairgrounds but he increased his points lead too.

HINES CLAIMS $25,000 IN BONUS RACE AT 2007 MAC TOOLS U.S. NATIONALS IN INDIANAPOLIS

INDIANAPOLIS (Sept. 3, 2007) - Andrew Hines and the Screamin' Eagle/Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson team won the Ringer's Gloves Pro Bike Battle for the third time in five appearances.

The bonus race is held annually at the Mac Tools U.S. Nationals at O'Reilly Raceway Park at Indianapolis.
