Can-Am's Full Line of 2009 ATVs will be on hand

Fans in attendance of this weekend's Can-AmTM Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) race at Unadilla Valley Sports Center will have the opportunity to test ride and view a display of the entire 2009 Can-Am ATV Line. The test-ride program is free with paid admission to the event. Each demo rider will also receive a free goodie bag, which include: a bandana, a wristband and a t-shirt along with a $250 gas coupon.

This is all part of the Can-Am GNCC weekend, which features the world's top off-road motorcycle and ATV racers competing on Unadilla's motocross track, as well as trails through the deep woods surrounding the venue. The event is Round 11 of the 13-stop GNCC tour.

"We believe that the only way to truly experience the capabilities of our Can-Am ATVs are to put one to the test in a real-world situation," said Del Bohlman, Product, Media Relation and Racing Manager for Can-Am ATVs at BRP. "That's the goal behind our Demo Ride Program, to allow ATV enthusiasts to get the Can-Am experience first hand. All of our 2009 ATVs will be at Unadilla, giving participants the ability to test ride our entire product line and determine which ATV model suits them best.

"Plus, it's a lot of fun," concluded Bohlman.

Spectator passes are $15 for the full weekend, with pro pit access and pro autographs included at no additional charge. Saturday's program includes ATV racing, while Sunday features motorcycle competition. On both Saturday and Sunday, youth riders race at 8 a.m., amateur riders race at 10 a.m., and the pro and pro am classes compete at 1 p.m. For more information on the racing series, check out the official series web site at www.GNCCRacing.com.
